Here's something that's not so fun. Imagine you’re house shopping with your kids.
You’re tired after work. The kids haven’t had dinner. You pack a quick snack for them, then you strap them in. 🚘
It might be a 15 minute drive but someone in the back is definitely falling asleep. You’ve arrived at the first property and now you’ve got to wake them up.
You’re in the house, and you already don’t like it. It’s too small and needs a lot of work. Now it’s time to strap the kids back in and go to the second showing.
Well, this one’s a bit better, but you realize it’s out of your budget.
Okay, let’s keep looking. One more property left... 🕣
Here we go again. One kid is on the brink of a meltdown. One is getting hangry. Instead of feeling excited, you’re thanking the universe that the evening is coming to an end.
Finally, you’re at the last property. This one’s worse than the first one you saw. It doesn’t have the extra bedroom that you needed for your growing family… “What a waste of my time”, you think to yourself.

Frustrating, isn’t it?

Shopping for homes is stressful if you don’t have a strategy.
This is why I have a specific plan for everyone that I work with. ✍
I won't dare send you on the road to see a property with a small balcony, when you're sick and tired of the small balcony in your condo.
I also won’t show you any properties that are under-listed, but realistically are valued over your budget. I’ll do that homework before we book the showings.
Do you get what I’m trying to say? Your time, your kids' time, and even my time is important to me.
